Payment Details & Deadlines
DEPOSIT (Based on Double Occupancy)
- $475 per person deposit is required upon booking to secure reservations. Once your deposit is made, your price is guaranteed. All deposits made to Queenz Entertainment Travel Services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
PAYMENT PLAN POLICY
- Once your deposit is made, payments are flexible with a required minimum payment of $100 per month per person.
- There will be a 5-day grace period for payments processed after your due date. Late payments will result in a $75 per person late fee and will be added to your final balance. Please ensure timely payments to avoid additional fees.
- Failure to make a minimum monthly, per person payment of $100 may result in cancellation of your reservation. All payments already processed will be forfeited.
- Full Payment is Required by May 1st, 2024 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
- All payments returned by your financial institution due to insufficient funds will incur a fee of $75 as well as fees charged by your financial institution. It is important to ensure sufficient funds to cover all payments.
- All Payments are non-refundable, unless travelers insurance is purchased.
CANCELLATION
- Unless you have purchased travelers insurance, ALL payments are non-refundable. Our suppliers do not allow refunds, which allows us to offer flexible payment plans with our vacation packages.
- Travelers with double/triple occupancy will receive their final confirmation and travel vouchers once ALL travelers have paid their final balances
INVOICES
- Upon paying your deposit, you will receive your invoice within 24-72 hours.
- Invoices will be sent monthly with receipt of all payments made and final balance due.
